Yoga & Water Therapy

Return to breath. Return to water.

A few words from

Diving, yoga
and veganism

Owner · We Shall Sea Diving Center

Without getting lost in extravagant texts with higher meanings and phrases that aim to impress and mirror our greatness i would simply like to express a wish and perhaps an escape route for myself and those involved in my little world.

Life it self is an experiment and such are we.
Changing and and growing is inevitable and lack of awareness and respect to that fact has an impact and sometimes unforgiving consequences.

What about excepting it and instead of resisting it embrace it and use it to produce inner peace and growth in balance .
Remembering  the sound and smell in the memory of our favourite childhood  playground.

I want to live in a triangle of peace . Diving , yoga and veganism. It is not ambitious it is not difficult and it is humane.

Don’t hurt nobody, discipline and love your body and be part of a world that is silent timeless and less invaded from our “progress“.

Is it a utopia is it much to ask ? Is it only for the  few ? Is it expectations of convenience? You can coat it as you want .

But there is one fact.
This world is not going to the good direction and that doesn’t seem to change. So in the sense of experimenting it might worth a chance. For the moment this world is losing so if we take a chance we might win.
The chance for a better tomorrow lives in us.

I’m still struggling with my stress and live in the fear of injustice. I’m still unable to move free. And it is always those “they” that decide my life. And honestly I don’t even know who “they” are anymore . But I’m sure that it is “they” and not us

And every day louder and louder a child’s voice says:
The answer can’t be out there where “they “ rule .
The answer must be inside.
The answer is this child inside of me .

MEET THE TEAM

Sabi Schneider

I am a water lover sharing yoga and water therapy practices.

At some point, while sitting in an office, I caught myself googling “how to become a mermaid?”. It led me down a very questionable rabbit hole of strange rituals and ideas I definitely would not recommend. But it also made one thing clear: I wanted to be closer to the ocean.

Growing up in Switzerland, the sea always felt special. Every time I encountered it, there was excitement, curiosity and a quiet sense of belonging. I have been travelling, following this pull, moving from place to place and always returning to the water. No matter where I am in the world, it is the one place that feels like home.

Freediving became that path. It is a deep passion of mine and continues to inspire my exploration of breath, relaxation and inner stillness. With a background in yoga and aquatic bodywork practices such as Janzu and Aguahara, I create spaces where breath becomes a gateway to deeper awareness.

On land, I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as well as meditation, with a focus on breath and nervous system regulation. These practices support divers while remaining accessible to everyone.

In the water, I offer gentle and flowing water therapy sessions that use breath and mindful submersion to release tension, reconnect with the water and return to the essence of being.

My intention is to create experiences that are not only practices, but journeys — into presence, into depth and into the remembering of who we are.

YOGA

Yoga for body,
breath and
awareness

The yoga classes are rooted in the connection between breath, body and awareness. The breath becomes the anchor — a bridge between movement and stillness.
Meditation and breathwork are integrated into the classes, creating a space that supports not only physical practice, but also inner clarity and calm.

While especially beneficial for divers, supporting breath control, relaxation and presence, these qualities are equally valuable in the water and in everyday life.

Yoga here is not about performance. It is about listening, feeling and returning to yourself.

Hatha

A slower, grounding practice focusing on alignment, awareness and breath. Hatha creates stability in both body and mind, offering space to connect deeply with each posture.

Vinyasa

A dynamic and flowing practice where movement is synchronized with breath. Vinyasa builds strength, fluidity and presence — motion guided by the rhythm of breathing.

Yin

A soft, meditative practice with long-held postures. Yin works on deeper tissues and invites stillness, release and introspection.

WATER THERAPY

Let the water
carry you

Water sessions are inspired by Janzu and Aguahara, based on floating, gentle movement and sometimes guided submersion, always adapted to the person.
They support the release of tension, build trust in the water and deepen the connection to breath. The water creates a supportive environment that allows greater freedom of movement, making the practice accessible for people with different physical abilities.

At the same time, it invites a deeper connection with the element of water and a quiet return to the essence of being — an experience of letting go of control and effort, and allowing yourself to be carried.
