Âge minimum pour participer: 15 / 18 si statut actif
Prérequis pour la certification: Certification Diver Stress & Rescue, 40 plongées enregistrées, Certification ou une expérience équivalente en: Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility, Deep Diving.
Nombre de plongées en Milieu naturel: 10 avec au moins un total de 50
Profondeur maximum pour la formation: 40 mètres / 130 pieds
Durée suggérée pour le programme de formation: 35 à 45 heures

Ce programme permet d’acquérir les compétences et l’expérience nécessaires pour guider en toute sécurité des groupes de plongeurs certifiés. Il s’agit de la première étape vers une carrière passionnante en tant que Dive Professional SSI sans devoir suivre un programme complet d’Instructeur. Les Dive Guides professionnels peuvent travailler pour les Dive Centers SSI, et guider des plongées dans divers environnements et différentes conditions. A l’issue de ce programme, vous obtiendrez la certification Dive Guide SSI.

Après avoir validé le dive guide, vous devez valider le programme science of diving pour obtenir automatiquement la qualification si convoité de divemaster et la capacité d’assister les open water instructors.

ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR

ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR

Âge minimum pour participer: 18
Prérequis pour la certification: Divemaster
60 logged dives
Durée suggérée pour le programme de formation: 30 - 75 hours

This program provides the skills, concepts, and teaching experience required to become a successful SSI Instructor. You will learn the SSI Teaching System and philosophy, how to assist Instructors in training and how to independently teach a variety of SSI training programs. Candidates who complete this program can earn the SSI Assistant Instructor rating or work all the way through to the SSI Open Water Instructor after having successfully passed the Instructor Evaluation in addition.

General Information

For all the courses described we give you two options of approach and the corresponding prices .
Those options are described as OPTION 1 and OPTION 2

*OPTION I*

We follow the programs as described below (section Professional programs )
Upon completion of the chosen program, you do your theory exams and « in water evaluation ».
If and only if you are successful and all the criteria are met you can be certified and receive your professionalism evaluation form.
Then we can negotiate a job contract by us on mutual agreement.

PRICES & DURATION

-Dive Guide : 650 € / 2 weeks
-Dive Master: 350€ / 1 week
-Dive Control Specialist : 1150 € / 4 weeks ( I.T.C training kit is included )

*Courses may be prolonged, due to individual needs.

SCHEDULE: Preferably not in high season.(No immediate job offer )
We recommend: April till end June / September till mid December.

 

*OPTION II – Internship offer*

Do the same program spread out through the low and high season.
You gain experience, that money can’t buy and become a real pro.
The final step , becoming Instructor, should be then ,very easy.

We offer: free accommodation / Wi-Fi /pure olive oil,vegetables and fruit from our garden / one meal per day on high season.

PRICES & DURATION

-Dive Guide: 300€/ arrival: from April till latest mid May – departure : earliest, first week of September .
-Dive Master 150€/ arrival: from April till latest mid May – departure : earliest, first week of September .
-Dive Control Specialist : 600€/ arrival: from April till latest mid May – departure : earliest, first week of September

(high season : July,August)

ATTENTION TO ALL CANDIDATES
Minimum Dive Professional Equipment
During all open water training, each SSI Dive Professional must be equipped with at least all student equipment, plus a dive computer, a deployable surface marker buoy (SMB), a surface emergency signalling device, a cutting device and a compas.

Candidates for SSI Dive Professional programs must use a professional-level Total Diving System.

NOTE: SSI Dive Professionals may conduct open water training dives for non entry-level programs on a rebreather or sidemount configuration if they have all the components of a Total Diving System.

Physical Material is not included in the prices Physical material is described below.

ATTENTION – For various programs Cue Cards/Wetnotes and/or Evaluation Slates must be purchased mandatorily by each Dive Professional directly from the Dive Center / Dive Resort for RECREATIONAL SCUBA, EXTENDED RANGE, CCR DIVING & CCR EXTENDED RANGE, FREEDIVING:

• DIVE PROFESSIONAL BASE PACKAGE – Must be purchased by each Dive Professional when entering the SSI System by attending a Training Progam at any level or a Crossover

• CUE CARDS & EVALUATION SLATES – Must be purchased by each Dive Professional in addition to the DIVE PROFESSIONAL BASE PACKAGE for all progams the candidate qualifies for by attending a Training Program or a Crossover
